Technical inventories

Contact:
Since 1998 we have been implementing support systems for service providers operating Cable route networks for their operation and their main business processes. It has been implemented with the aim of realizing the efficiency and economy of the planning, implementation and operation activities in a customized way by means of GIS solutions built in the IT system.

Planning: development and implementation plans, plan documentations, versions, budget, cost planning

Investment: tracing the investment process, managing the phases, documenting the implementation

Operation: technical inventory, management of technical objects, reporting, generating manager’s information

Basic data procession, survey: survey planning, methodology preparation, survey, processing support

Klinvent Tedex system

It is the physical and logical, copper and optical inventory of Magyar Telekom Zrt.’s domestic network. It includes the cable route (cables) and point-like objects of the network, their environment, carrying objects (columns, colonnades, sub-building network with pipes, with pipe segments and circuit breakers) on object connection level.

The system provides efficient assistance for people from performing network related physical tasks, through designers, to the upper manager data providing. The system provides the adequacy information of the physical network for the wide service portfolio of Customer.

The solution is based on AutoDesk; it has been implemented in JAVA environment with thin and thick clients. It has been implemented by means of several application groups separated practically- on basis of their functionality.

  • KLTX: MapGuide based application built on thin client technology. It is available for a wide group of users; primarily it is a query interface concerning the status of the network.
  • DNS: Map based applications built on thick client technology. It enables the liveliness of the network concerning both alphanumeric and graphical data through theoretical schemas.
  • DNS- WFM: It is a professional (site plan) alphanumeric and graphic database. Its thin client technology enables that users can access –independent of their place- the status information of the telecommunication network objects and their topologic data.
  • HALESZ: on basis of the data stored by the above systems in a common data base, it prepares the network inventory. It enables the comparison of data of tangible assets inventory stored in SAP and the quantity data of the physical network objects. This system is also in charge of preparing the mandatory data providing requested by the law.
  • KÖRTE: Environment protection planning system. The system traces the life cycle of the network objects from their appearance in the network until their disassembly and the waste management. All these processes can be planned in the system with the component level inventory of the object materials.
  • NETRA: It is designed to trace the maintenance work of the network, from investment planning through implementation to the certificates of compliance in accordance with the schedules specified in the contracts.

  • The ten-year lifecycle of the system(s) described above has terminated, currently we are working on their exchange. The functional exchange will have been completed by 2011, the data migration by 2013.

This new system is based on the GIS basic software SmallWord by GE. The new system includes the functionalities of the above systems in an integrated way and integrates data which were managed by separate systems earlier.

NRWD (National Radioactive Waste Deposit, Bátaapáti)

Maintenance-operation and monitoring systems of underground depositories for the final housing of small and medium activity radioactive waste established in Bátaapáti. The systems provide infrastructure monitoring of surface site and radiology monitoring tasks as well.

The system includes the following modules:

Central Command Portal (CCP): a SCADA system which monitors the sites’s infrastructural components: heating, ventillation, electric devices, fire extinguisher containers. On the system’s interface (schematics) any operation status other than normal can be visualized with the severity of the error. The system logs all the events with its own tool.

Radiology Control System (RCS): SCADA system which collects, analyses and stores status information and data from the radiology measurement tools and apparatus installed on the site. The system provides radiological-radiometric control of the site.

NRHT-OSJER: An autonomous IT system which collects, stores and forwards data measured by radiology emission measuring apparatus near Bátaapáti for The National Disaster Relief Committee.

RER-RC: A web application which enables the calibration and remote configuration of radiological measuring apparatus.

Waste Registry System (WRS): A closed IT system which performs logistic administration of small and medium activity radioactive waste from Paks Nuclear Power Plant to Bátaapáti, the intake and registry of waste materials and activity-calculations based on various radiometric aspects (isotopic, alfa, gamma, cumulated, etc.).
