It is on the basis of the significant industrial experience and knowledge of processes and problems accumulated in our company over the past years that we have decided to develop a marketable logistic and production tracking application by placing our knowledge into an up-to-date technological environment. This application has been implemented at renowned companies like Elcoteq, Nokia, Sió-Eckes, ZF and several Bosch production units located in Hungary.

The components of our solution constitute a suite, which is able to cover all the logistic and production processes of a production unit ranging from the processing of customer requests to component orders as well as the delivery of the ready-made products including the detailed tracking and control of production events.

Our product is based on an up-to-date IT technology. The modular architecture building onto a unified central hub simultaneously ensures the unified and robust operation of the functions listed earlier and makes upgrading and extension based on individual requests possible.

As a result of the long-term cooperation, we have developed close partnership with a number of equipment and tool suppliers (mobile terminals, data collectors, intelligent production and warehouse techniques etc.) therefore, we can offer complex logistical solutions for our customers.

By putting the solution to use, production enterprises will have a tool, which ensures the full visibility of their production and logistic processes, the optimization and supervision of the processes and the IT control of objects in the production (materials, products, employees, machines etc.). The solution enables enterprises to immediately and flexibly adjust to the fast-changing market needs and to maintain their customers’ confidence. Some of our references concerning production and warehouse logistics:

Elcoteq SE (Hungary, Estonia, Mexico) – Since 2000 we have provided besides the IT support of the complete logistic process, the resource planning, production monitoring and process management also the development of analysis and data store house solutions in several plants of the Finnish company dealing with electronic assembly, furthermore we also participated in the implementation of the several-level Baan and SAP integration.

Sió-Eckes Kft. (Siófok) - The leader of the Hungarian fruit juice market operates our warehouse management system covering the entire logistic process from production to delivery. The application supports warehouse solutions based on the most up-to-date mobile technology, utilizing wireless (RF) and barcode techniques, and connects to the local ERP system (SAP).

Nokia Komárom Kft. (Komárom) - We have developed several systems for the Komárom plant of the world's market leader mobile phone manufacturer. Partly, we track the incoming materials of the plant from reception into inventory to issuing to production. The application ensures the continuity of production by precise stock inventory and the management of orders arriving from production (acceptance, processing, delivery inspection, stock reservation). Our supervision system tracks and controls the product delivery processes in an itemized manner and integrated into the local application environment.

ZF Hungária (Eger) - The Eger plant of the renowned automotive supplier operates our application supporting work operations and collecting real-time data (production monitoring) on its PLC-controlled product line. The solution implements the IT support of a semi-automated, PLC-controlled gearbox assembly line via a two-way communication interface.

Bosch Rexroth Kft. (Eger) - In the Eger plant of Bosch Rexroth Kft., machine parts, service materials and measuring instruments are stored in Haenel lean lifts. Our application implements an intelligent connection between the units of equipment and the user's SAP system. The different business requirements defined by the production lines are fulfilled with customized, optimized housing and commission logics.

Payer Industries Kft. (Ajka) - 2005 Logistic, Haenel-lift management, MOVEX-integration

Bekomold Kft. (Budapest) - Bekomold Commercial and Tool Engineering Ltd. deals with the production and sales of die casting tools and machines. A significant part of the stock of basic materials and machine parts are stored in automatic Haenel lifts. Our application provides efficient support in the fast, optimized and faultless completion of stock movement tasks taken over from the ERP (Job Dispo) system. It reports back to the ERP system automatically when the task has been completed.

Bosch Elektronikai Kft. (Hatvan) - The Hatvan plant of Robert Bosch Elektronikai Kft. operates our applications controlling automated warehouse lifts (Haenel lean lifts and paternosters), which provide detailed location-level stock inventory.
