DK has implemented off-shelf systems incarnating internationally acknowledged, general business solutions
since 1998. This activity started by the implementation of the modules of the
SAP R/3 system. By today, in addition to this, DK has taken up, moreover, has gained success with the implementation of CRM systems. In the CRM field, the most significant role is played by solutions based on
AVAYA's e-Contact system (earlier Quintus CRM). Besides, projects based on SAP's CRM module have also emerged. In our implementation projects, we lay great emphasis on taking the individual needs of our customers into consideration and on placing the system developed into purchaser's IT environment. In accordance with this, several development and integration tasks are performed by DK in addition to implementation.
We implement business applications both for domestic and for foreign purchasers. In the field of CRM application development, our prominent customer is Turkcell, the largest GSM service provider of Turkey.
From 2002 the new direction in the field of the implementation of off-shelf products is the network inventory system of Granite,
Xpercom. In this environment we deal with the modelling of actual telecommunications equipment.
