E-government solutions

Daten-Kontor created its strategy for developing integrated IT systems for the local governments in 2002.

In the following two years it had to be waited until the demand, the various civil and governmental initiations, the requests rising from the local governments, the population as well as from small and medium sized companies and the financial sources meet and generate projects on the IT market. The EU and governmental sources became available for the local governments first in 2004 in framework of the I. National Development Plan.

Prior to this some local governments had taken measures toward the electronic public administration systems but the main break-through is considered to be the involvement of central sources. The work could be started by means of the EU sources which –after a long time - can result in the modernization of the Hungarian public administration sector.

Our company has developed professional, variously extendable solutions which comply with the requests of the local governments as well as the current and future challenges. These solutions can be completely customized and applied on the large scale of platforms.

LoGo – Integrated IT solution for local governments

The system supports –incorporated in the internal management processes of the local governments- the faster and more efficient administration and communication between the local government and the population as well the local government and the business sphere, - between the member institutes and authorities.

As result of its modular structure, it fully complies with the requests of the local government impeccably and the already existing IT solutions, on the other hand it has long term development opportunities.

LoGo-DW – Data storehouse solution for the local governments

The system organizes the data to be found at the local governments in various sources (data bases of separate governmental systems, files, paper based documents) in a central database which enables to fulfill the internal needs of the local government as well as - through a public portal – those of the member institutes and the small and medium sized companies.

DoLi - Document Library for the local governments

We have implemented our document library solution by involving acknowledged public administration experts. The current documents of the local governments will be available at www.doli.hu – for details see the start page of DoLi.

At present, our solutions have two references concerning municipalities. LoGo integrated IT solution for local governments operates in Pécs and the LoGo-DW data store house has been implemented in Tatabánya.
