DK has been consciously dealing with the implementation of contact center (customer service) systems since 2000, - for the most part based on the CTI, IVR and campaign management products of AVAYA.

At present, our activity covers the support of SAP's CRM application too. For the sake of the efficient completion of tasks, we have elaborated a Daten-Kontor Kft. level contact center strategy, which positions our activity in the following fields:

  • creating the infrastructure of intelligent contacting with customers (call-center, contact-center)
  • creating a customer service knowledge base
  • integrating the contact center system and its database into the company environment (interfaces)
  • work flow support

  • Our highly-qualified colleagues are capable of supporting our tasks with reference to the development of contact center systems in all phases of the process, which has been justified by the fact that our activity is constantly expanding and presenting itself in new fields of service as well. In the course of implementation, we support the individual needs of our customers with supplementary development too.

    In addition to the implementation of contact center systems, our development tasks often require us to create our own CRM-like modules. We utilize our experience obtained with regard to implementation processes and off-the-shelf systems in this activity as well.
