Depsite global economic recession, the company experienced a conservative growth, with increased presence on international market and moderate domestic growth.

Our scope of activity increased in the areas of public administration and logistics. We managed several successful projects in this period.

New branches; enlargement of service portfolio
We established our Agrarian and Operational branches, required by our increased activity on these fields. We also appeared on the market with consulting activities connected to Service Management.

We acquired the title of ’Microsoft Certified Partner’, on the field of Custom Development Solutions.

Local Government Solutions
We created a new branch to develop and implement Integrated e-Government IT systems.

Production Management and Logistic solutions
Trusting in long-distance cooperation, we started the development of production management and logistic systems on the initiative of Elcoteq Magyarország Kft. At present, our systems operate at numerous domestic and foreign sites.

"Supplier of the Year"
MATÁV Plc. (Magyar Telekom Plc.) acknowledged our performance provided during our ten-year-long cooperation by awarding the title „Supplier of the Year” to our company.

Launching INTEC-based InterconnecT solution
At MATÁV Plc. (Magyar Telekom Plc.) our already installed settlement system among telecom service providers was placed
on new bases (INTEC).

Public administration solutions
Our group presented its first public administration solution in 2000. Since then we have been successful in this field.

1999
CC, CRM solutions
Since 1999, as a partner of Lucent Technologies (later Avaya), we have participated in the design, installation and support of complex customer management and call center projects. As yet, we manage the execution and support of mainly large, international projects.

ISO 9001 certification
In order to consolidate and intensify our customers’ trust in us, the operation of DK Group was based on international standards, which since then has been successfully renewed several times.

1998
Creation of Business Support System (BSS)
The DK-designed and further developed BSS system, the support system for T-Systems branch of Magyar Telekom was created. The system supports billing (BBCS module) and since 2004 sales and customer management functions (ICCM module) as well.

SAP solutions
We have been dealing with support of SAP R/3 and since 2001 with the implementation of SAP CRM products. In general,
our activity covers the special tasks of SAP projects.

1997
Enlargement of service portfolio
Daten-Kontor Kft. appeared on the GIS market developing IT system and medical (in the first place pharmaceutical) software products. Since then we have been active in both fields and we have collected numerous references.

Beginnings
Daten-Kontor Kft. is the first member of our group, launching its activity on international (primarily German) market and in the domestic telecommunications sector, thus creating the basis for our leading business branches with its various solutions on the fields of investment controlling and monitoring, telecommunication billing, Interconnect, and customer service solutions.
